BBQ Jack Sliders

BBQ Jack Sliders

This is what you'll need:    

 

For the Coleslaw

- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- 1 cup grated carrot

- Salt to taste

- Pepper to taste

- 1 tsp mustard

- 1 tsp lime juice

- 1 tbsp vegan mayo

- Mix it up

- Chill in the fridge, remove 10 mins before assembly


𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴:

- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 1/2 diced onion

- 1 clove of garlic finely chopped

- Wakao #BBQJack packet

- 1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce

- Let it simmer for 2 mins


𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼:

  1. First heat up mini burger buns on the pan
  2. Then add vegan mayo on the bun, add the BBQ Jack filling, add the coleslaw on top and serve!
