𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:
- 2 tbsp vegan ghee
- 1 tbsp jeera
- 1 tbsp haldi
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 300 gms Wakao Raw Jack
- Coriander to garnish.
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 3 cups of steamed rice
And here's what you'll need to do:
- Add the vegan ghee, jeera, haldi, chili powder and garam masala. Heat it at a medium flame till it becomes a paste.
- Add Raw Jack and mix it well.
- Now add some coriander and salt.
- Lastly, add the steamed rice to the masala and mix it well!
Your raw jack biryani is now ready!
