Open the box / Put and heat the pouch in a microwave for 2mins / open the pouch and pour it in a bowl / ready to eat.

Open the box / Open the pouch and pour it on to a frying pan/heat the dish for 2-3 mins / pour it in a bowl / ready to eat.

FROM SPICY CURRIES AND HEALTHY SALADS, IN VEGETABLE BIRYANI, AS A TOPPING ON PIZZAS, OR A FILLING IN SANDWICHES, SLIDERS, BURGERS, AND TACOS.

All of our products are gluten-free. Our ripe jackfruit and meal starters also contain no gluten but are not yet certified gluten-free.

No. Our products have a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacturing and do not require any special refrigeration. But, once opened the product has to be stored in a refrigerator (below 4°C) and must be consumed within 7 days of opening.
